通过问卷分析、每日打卡、成长趋势图与 AI 陪伴功能，帮助用户更好地理解自己、建立健康的习惯。我们严格遵守 Apple 的 App Store 隐私标准。本应用不会收集、存储或分享用户的任何个人隐私信息。所有本地数据（如打卡记录、阅读进度、成长统计）均保存在设备上。若启用了 iCloud 同步，数据会通过 Apple 官方加密机制进行备份与恢复。AI 聊天功能使用安全的 API 接口，仅用于即时交流，不会保存任何对话内容。
